These terms explain how FuelMap may be used and what users should expect from the fuel availability signal shown in the product.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using FuelMap, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Nature of the service

FuelMap provides informational signal about nearby station fuel availability. It does not guarantee that any station will have fuel at the moment you arrive. Conditions may change quickly.

FuelMap may change features, release future functionality such as notifications or fuel prices, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected areas, or use the service in a way that harms other users or the integrity of the signal.

6. Disclaimer

FuelMap is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
